Annual Settlement Meeting and Elections
The annual homeowners meeting and elections are scheduled for October 20, 2008. Jim Sell has reserved the Island Community Center for 7 to 9 o'clock. Please plan to attend to vote and voice your concerns regarding our community. The community center is located on the east side and back of Coastal Middle school.

The Settlement on Wilmington Island board members would like to thank all the residents that have taken the time to send their thoughts regarding issues in the recent newsletter and letter. Your input is very important for the board to have a sense of what the community's concerns and desires are. Jim Sell (President) has been working very hard to answer everyone's quesions. Savannah Arts Academy Auction
This years auction is on October 18, 2008 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. It will be held in the cafeteria at 500 Washington Ave. Tickets are $10.00 general admission or $7.00 for students and seniors. You may purchase tickets at the door or by calling the school at 201-5000. All proceeds benefit the Theatre Department.
